BOOKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Prices include the supply of all bed linen but NOT TOWELS (Except for Heligan).  Please note we do not supply linen for baby cots.
  • Towels are available for hire at £2.50 per person. Please request this at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are, unfortunately non-refundable upon the booking being accepted and confirmed by us.
  • Balance payments are required eight weeks prior to the holiday start date.  We accept payment by BACS - bank transfer, cheque (made payable to SAC Developments LTD) or credit or debit card (Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express and JCB.)  In the case of credit or debit card payment please ensure all of the appropriate information has been completed on page two of the form. There is a 2.5% credit card surcharge, no charge for debit cards.
  • Cancellation Policy:-
    • Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday – deposit only
    • Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday – 75% of total holiday cost
    • Cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday – 100% of total holiday cost.
  • Travel cots and high chairs are available for use during your stay at an additional charge of £10 per-week; please highlight this request on the booking form.
  • Dogs are welcome in some properties at Rosecraddoc Holiday Village with prior agreement with us.  They are charged at £25 per dog, per week. For properties that are pet friendly; we do ask that pets are kept off the beds and soft furnishings. Dogs are not to be left on their own within the properties unless in a cage. Please clean up any dog waste and dispose of appropriately. You will find a red bin specifically for this on the outside of the rubbish shed (located just by the main entrance) Pets are welcome around site but please do keep them on the lead at all times.
  • Rosecraddoc woods which forms part of our estate at Rosecraddoc Manor are an ideal location to take dogs for a walk and to let them off the lead. (Turn left out of the main gates and the walk up the road where you will find the entrance to the woods on the right)
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Village Inn in our upstairs area, subject to availability.
  • Children are more than welcome, however please be aware that the open plan gardens and streams must be treated with respect.  Parents must take responsibility for their children.  Many of our bungalows are situated on the riverside.  If a non-riverside property is preferred in the respect of safety please ensure that this is requested.
  • Guests with special needs are also very welcome.  We will do our up most to accommodate any requirements.  Please advise us of such requests prior to arrival, preferably at the time of booking so that suitable accommodation can be matched to the individual needs. We do have a disabled ramp available for hire.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay.
  • For safety reasons there is a 10mph speed limit on the site.  Please observe this limit in order that children can play safely.
  • The area becomes very dark at night, torches are provided in all bungalows for evening excursions.
  • The Village Inn bar and restaurant on site is open from 6pm-11pm serving food between 6pm-9pm.  Please check opening and closing days that change during the quiet season.  Bookings for meals can be taken in advance.  Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the Village Inn premises.
  • Rosecraddoc Manor is our sister site, located opposite our main entrance, As a guest of Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, you may wish to take advantage and use the grounds of the Manor.  Please keep your key with you, in case of inspection by our managers.
  • The fishing lake is stocked with Carp, Tench, Bream and Roach. As a guest, you may use the lake but you must hold a rod licence and be able to provide your own equipment.  We do not provide, or have any equipment available for hire. An adult must accompany children at all times, and the fishing rules (located within the information folder) must be adhered to at all times. The costs of obtaining a fishing pass fare as follows:-

  • Rosecraddoc Manor also has tennis court.  Please feel free to make use of this facility during your stay. We do not have or provide any equipment for hire, therefore please bring racquets and balls with you. There is no charge for this facility.
  • During your stay at Rosecraddoc, you will be able to access WIFI through your device such your phone, iPad or laptop. In your property, you will find there is a detailed leaflet by our providers 'Camping Connect' giving you with all the relevant information on how to connect from various devices and troubleshooting. However this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers. Charges are as follows:-

  • All bungalows are equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Colour TV, iron and ironing board, hoover and some cleaning materials.  All properties have DVD players installed.  All kitchens are fully equipped with Kettle, Toaster, all utensils, cutlery, glassware and crockery. As the properties are self-catering so you will need to bring toilet rolls, black bags, washing up liquid etc
  • Upon departure please leave your keys in the front door.
