Cotehele is named after Cotehele House and Gardens a National Trust property located near Saltash. Cotehele is a light, spacious bungalow which is located on the riverside. The views up to the adjacent farm are wonderful and the view is unimpeded as there are two double patio doors which allow you to view the scene, whatever the weather.

Cotehele has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The lounge / diner is L shaped and spacious. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and separate shower unit. The well equipped kitchen has a built in oven and electric hob.
